Hello everyone, I’m facing the following issue with my data loads using the Qlik Data Gateway.
Coincidentally, I updated to version 1.6.9, and table loads that used to take 24 minutes are now reaching a limit of 3 hours and being automatically canceled. Does anyone know if this could be related to the version update, or is it another issue?

Hello @fmarvnnt , so this load used to take around 20 to 30 minutes, but now it’s taking 3 hours. The data volume is still very similar from one load to the next, approximately 5 million rows. I’d like to understand what could have caused this increase in time, because there haven’t been any changes to the SQL query
Could be something external to Qlik Data Gateway. Have you tried to run the query from a client tool onto Qlik Data Gateway Remote Desktop (or QlikView Desktop)..?

Hi @koala23, I haven't found a solution yet, but I opened a call with Qlik and got feedback about the datagateway service, and I isolated the service on a single server, the frequency of errors was lower when I made this change, but now it happened again.
