Hi,
When trying to set up the deployment setting for Qlik Sense I receive below error:
"Qlik Sense deployment error: Failed to get the local bearer token configuration data. The deployment service returned an unexpected error"
I've checked below:
1)Identify ID of the ServiceCluster in use - OK
2) Check ServiceClusters data - One record for each query
3)QlikServiceCluster is present on all nodes and root-CA is present in the Personal certificate store
Can you please advise what else should I check?
If I should delete and create new certificates, can you please provide me an instruction?
Thank you in advance,
Regards,
Aga
Hello @ach,
When using multi cloud, you need to have a recent version of Qlik Sense. Meaning, your current version won't be supported.
See below:
In case you don't want to upgrade, you might want to try a Qlik Sense repair:

Hi @ach,
If you run below query in your Postgres DB you only have one result or several ?
SELECT DISTINCT("ServiceCluster_ID") FROM "ServerNodeConfigurations" as "ServiceCluster_ID";
What is your Qlik Sense version and patch ? What is the Windows version where is installed Qlik Sense ?
Regards,
Benoit
Hi Benoit,
If I run mentioned query in my Postgres there is only one result.
Windows2019, Qlik Sense version Aug 2021 patch 3 (14289)
Important information :
Distribution was working without any problem previously and the issue appeared when we generated new certificates (some certificates problems not connected to QS)
Do you have any other suggestions?
Regards,
Aga
