SFTP Connection is not working with Error

Hi,

Our user want to connect Qlik and cloud server to get data file by SFTP.

We tried to create the data connection from Data Load editor following this site.

But it's failed with error message "The specified public key fingerprint does not match server fingerprint!"

How can I resolve it in that case?

addresses your problem.

If possible I suggest using the sha265 key. You can find it with an FTP software, for example Filezilla.

we have tried this using the SHA256 base64 encoded host public key fingerprint, and are still getting the error:

Failed: The specified public key fingerprint does not match server fingerprint!

has anyone been able to get this working for an SFTP connection?
