Unable to Create Data Gateway

I am not seeing the option in Mgmt Console to create Data Gateway - why? could it be my subscription? I am seeing the option to use Data Integration.

Maybe your rights in the QMC doesn't allow to see this section ?
Are you tenant admin ?

It should be at the very bottom to on the left hand side Data Gateways and then the create button is in green up top to right
