Unable to Create SQL Server Direct Gateway Access Connection

I have a configured Direct Access Gateway, but the following error persists when trying to connect on-premise SQL Server;

My checks in the Direct Access Agent logs shows the following;

An error occurred trying to start process 'C:\Program Files\Qlik\ConnectorAgent\dcaas_gs\StartDcaaS.bat' with working directory 'C:\Program Files\Qlik\ConnectorAgent\dcaas_gs'. Access is denied. at System.Diagnostics.Process.StartWithCreateProcess(ProcessStartInfo startInfo) at System.Diagnostics.Process.Start(ProcessStartInfo startInfo) at Qlik.ConnectorAgent.DependentProcessManager.StartProcess(DependentProcessRegistration registration, DependentProcessInstance existingInstance)
