Urgent: Qlik Cloud Extractors Failure - Microsoft Fabric Data Loading

Dear Team,

We are experiencing a critical outage with our Qlik Cloud data extractors, which are responsible for loading data from an SQL database hosted on Microsoft Fabric.

These extractors were functioning normally until yesterday morning, November 18th. However, they stopped working in the afternoon of the same day.

We have already conducted an internal check with our security team, who confirmed that no relevant changes have been made to our infrastructure or configurations.

We would like to know if this issue could be related to any recent outages, such as the Cloudflare incident, or if you have any other leads or hypotheses that could assist us in our investigation.

We kindly request your assistance in investigating and resolving this matter as soon as possible, given the criticality of the affected data.

Thank you for your attention, and we look forward to your prompt response.

Hello Pablo,

Not yet, still working with Qlik and Microsoft support teams to find out what could´ve caused the the problem.

Error is mostly related with connectivity issue like firewall rule , endpoint name changed, password expired, etc
