qlik-cli build and unbuild commands

I had a question regarding the 'qlik.exe app unbuild' and 'build' commands.

First, I was hoping to better understand the intended use cases for these commands.

Second, I am having some trouble. I am able to make the 'unbuild' command work without issue. Building is much more tricky.

Below I have a command to build an app. I get generic access denied messages below. a

qlik.exe app build --app [appid] --app-properties .\app-properties.json --connections .\connections.yml --dimensions .\dimensions.json --measures .\measures.json --objects .\objects\appprops---e7f075ff-1a26-42ec-86c0-a1798f969b8c.json --objects .\objects\loadmodel---loadmodel.json --objects .\objects\sheet--my-new-sheet-1--9ccb76b4-801f-4a10-a40f-60510eda112b.json --objects .\objects\sheet--my-new-sheet-619d1ba8-48a6-4ac7-8f22-4539e92c725b.json --objects .\objects\sheet--sales-dashboard-1--0744aaca-e005-4cf1-9f9d-41aba286d1c0.json --objects .\objects\sheet--sales-dashboard-63e07670-d4be-4976-8db3-f2acb76a6d49.json --script .\script.qvs --variables .\variables.json
