which API to use to get json from a sheet

Hello, I´m using the qlik api to download objects from a sheet but I would like to get them in text format but I´m not finfing the api that delivers them  in this format.

I don't know if it answers your question, but I have been using the evaluations API to obtain all the information about the objects in the app.
