We are experiencing problems with a job that uses the tPop component. The authentication method used in the job is Microsoft Exchange and the job keeps failing for this reason: Authentication failure: unknown user name or bad password.
We tried logging in and the credentials (user and password) are correct. We asked for confirmation of the permissions setting for the account on Azure and Exchsnge and they were confirmed. APPID, Directory ID and Secret Value were also confirmed correctly. POP3 protocol is used in the job.
Could you kindly help us in figuring out how to solve the problem?
