Getting Error for Emoji and Special Characted

Hi, 

We've been getting Talend Run Errors due to data entries with special character/ emojis. What we do is to locate that and update it. Is there a better way that these entries can be processed without getting rejetced?

Sample error log:

java.sql.BatchUpdateException: Incorrect string value: '\xF0\x9F\x87\xAE\xF0\x9F...' for column 'attendee_orgn_alias_nm' at row 3844

I've having the same issue here. No special characters despite the setting status.
