If Else statement finding target value

I am trying to get "Target Data" from one table and then I need to take the target value and and display 3 types of Targets and the difference. In the image below I have attached is from the same workflow but done in Alteryx.

How do we do the similar in Talend? I read and found out that one can use the "tmap" component. 

Still trying to figure that out.

If I could get one Target value I can get the rest.

Hi,

FYI, using Data Preparation, you can achieve that in 1 click, for example by simply using the "compare numbers" function which just replies true or false. See attached screenshots.
