trecordmatching not working

Hi All,

    Im newbie to Talend. I need your help.

      Im comparing two columns (ID and NAME) from Source Table (Oracle table) against Refernce Table (ID and Name) from Oracle DB table. Im using trecordmatching component to do fuzzy match. The values in the refernce table are present in Source table but still the trecordmatching component returning output as None Match. Not sure why it not working I have pasted the job design and trecordmatching settings. 

Any help here is appreciated.

   Could you please provide some sample data for both main and lookup flow for the analysis?

Hi Manoj,

      I have created a sample job by reading your sample data and the data was coming properly to exact and possible matches. 

The output data is as shown below.

I am also attaching the job which I created from my end and the sample data in excel sheet for your reference.
