Could you please elaborate your case with an example with input and expected output values?

Have you checked DQ component tMelissaDataAddress which verifies that an address is a properly formatted address and corrects any formatting or spelling errors in each row.

Actually, talend open studio for data quality doesn't have job designer and ELT&ETL support.
