I keep getting a pink box with An error has occurred Service Unavailable

Almost feels like I'm timing out.

Is there a fix?

Hello,

Is your dataprep server running well? Are you able to ping dataperp server? Can you access the dataprep url with ip address in the url?

Would you mind uploading app.log?

Was there a resolution for this error?  I'm having the same issue when trying to add a dataset.  I am able to upload smaller files without any issue.
