Per the symptoms you describe, it is more than likely that you are facing a known issue in Data Prep 1.1, very similar to the one described here:
https://community.talend.com/t5/Design-and-Development/Export/td-p/19698. We would need your help to confirm the hypothesis. Could you follow the steps described on the other thread?
