With the current version, you cannot natively retrieve the rejected records. That is something we're considering for the next versions.
In the meantime, a (not-so-elegant) workaround is to add a column to your dataset and to input a specific value in this column for records which aim to be rejected instead of removing the records. This way, by filtering on this column, you can export only the valid records or only the invalid ones.
