Parse JSON field inside a csv file

Hi all, 

I have a CSV file where a couple of fields have JSON data in the fields.  Now that's not too much of the problem.  The issue is, that inside one of the JSON fields is more JSON specified fields.  So what is happening at the moment is that I'm somehow losing data along the way, due to some of the values being blank or null in some of the sub JSON fields.  So naturally, my question is, how can I get all the data out for these fields without losing any of the data.  If a field is blank be it JSON or other, then so be it, as per normal.

I have attached a sample file as well as images of what I've done (probably not correctly).
