Preparations disappeared after reboot

Hi All,

I just rebooted my system and all my preparations disappeared.  The only thing that remain is a message in the middle of the Preparations page saying "No Results Found".  

If I go and try to create a new one it lets me configure it but when I finish it never appears in the Preparations screen.

My URL is http://127.0.0.1:9090/#/home/preparations/

I see the same thing in both Chrome and in IE.
