TOS DQ isn't compile source from git - Cannot resolve project dependencies

Hello, 

I'm going to compile TOS DQ open source code. The eclipse version is Photon Release (4.8.0) , jdk 8 and now I clone source code below.

1. studio-se-master

2. tcommon-studio-se

3. tdq-studio-se

4. tesb-studio-se

And then, Run As > Maven clean > Maven Install  clicks, but when I run maven clean, I got the error message below.

[ERROR] Cannot resolve project dependencies:
[ERROR] Software being installed: org.talend.rcp.nl 7.1.1.qualifier
[ERROR] Missing requirement: org.talend.rcp 7.1.1.qualifier requires 'bundle org.talend.repository 0.0.0' but it could not be found
[ERROR] Cannot satisfy dependency: org.talend.rcp.nl 7.1.1.qualifier depends on: bundle org.talend.rcp 0.0.0
[ERROR]

I tried in many ways but I can't solutions

What I want to do is that data-quality open source compiles and this data-quality runs from environment of my eclipse. 

Please help me to solve this problem.

Does this issue repro on v 7.0.1?
