I do really need your help. My talend data prep suddenly won't allow me to logged in. The error message is "service unavailable". you can see the error in picture bellow.
I assume, I need to restart the service. This Talend Data Prep has been installed in Redhat.
If I have to restart the service, can anyone tell me how to?
Or any other advice to fix this?

It looks a configuration issue: the Web UI is unable to reach the Data Preparation server. This might be caused by different reasons (misconfiguration of HTTP port, firewall on server...)
Since you seem to have the Enterprise edition, please contact Talend Support. They will be able to troubleshoot and validate your installation.
Hi all, Thanks. This case only because of the network configuration. Sry, I thought this one is caused by Talend Data Prep. In this case, I can't access my Talend Prep from internet, but have to access through intranet.
