Talend Profiling percepective missed from talend studio

Dear all,

I was working talend data profilling from my studio since last two days. But today suddenly perceptive not showing and when i am opening my existing job of report generation by using tDqreportrun component it is showing like "unable to load component and it is missing". Please let me know how to resolve this issue.
