how populate the data for 300 rows

Hi,

my use-case is i have death count file in which i have according to the religion and province how many people are died (death count) like

western Hindu 60

eastern Christian 50

i want to populate the names for the people who are died in normalized way

like

western Hindu 1 ram

western Hindu 2 sayam and for all the 60 rows come and same for second one 50 rows with 50 names

please help me give a idea to populate names

according to religion the name should be given without using methods like first-name()

Is it a random values taken from a name list? Could you please have a look at this job in DI perspective.
