tDBconnection failed JZ00L

HI,

I installed a talend ETL extract package on to an on prem server. The database is Sybase SQLAnywhere . Database version is 10.  I get an error tDBconnection failed with JZ00L error code. Could someone explain why am I facing this problem and how to solve it?

I tried installing at other on prem servers that I have and it worked perfectly without any problem.

Hello,

Are you able to connect to your database directly without using implicit tcontextload?

Could you please clarify in which Talend version/edition you are?
