Perofrmance issue when Data transfer from staging to master database

Hi Team,

I am facing performance issue whenever I am doing data transfer from staging to master database through talend mdm ui and even I am unable to open mdm ui or talend datasteward ui.

Can you please guide me how to do transfer with out effecting performance.

Yesterday itself i got the log file from my admin person.

I am attaching that and could you please review that log file and let me know how to improve the performance.
