Salesforce connection error

Hello Talend Community,

We are trying to connect to salesforce using Talend open studio and after providing the connection information we got the following error.

We double-checked with the salesforce team that the username, password, and security token are correct with no chance to make the connection. so can you help us identify the problem here?

We made a testing in V 7.3.1 and the salesforce connection is OK from our end.

Could you please clarify in which Talend version/edition you are? Is the User Id email address?

I hope by today you got the Salesforce Connection working,

If not, try to take a look at the Advanced button to see what is the link you're trying to reach

login.salesforce.com

test.salesforce.com

ou pointing directly to your server organization name

Also if you tried more than 3 times, and got error, there is a possibility your user got locked, on Salesforce side.

Let us know about it.
