Talend MDM Platform Web UI Error: Unable to login due to renamed/deleted user role

Hi Community,

I had a user role named "administrator" in my MDM Server. This role is used by a user also named "administrator". I tried to rename the role from "administrator" to "NTG_Admin" and deployed this role to the server via Talend Studio for MDM Platform. Deployment was successful, but as soon as it was deployed, I lost all access since the user "administrator" was still under "administrator" role. Now I can't login to the Talend MDM Platform Web UI to revert the changes in the users and roles. I can't even redeploy items in the Talend Studio since user "administrator" is no longer accessible. Note that user "administrator" was the only user with admin access, thus, other users were not able to manage the users and roles in the Web UI.

Is there a way I can revert the changes, or alter any configurations in the server where MDM environment is installed?

Hello,

Please try to connect to the database tmdm_db_system and udpate the record x_unique_id from NTG_Admin to administrator in table 'role_pojo'.
