Artifacts repository is unreachable URL from TAC

Hi,

We have a dev/QA functional/ QA Regression environments

Currently in our dev environment we are able to connect to artifactory, however in both other environments we are seeing this issue:

Under Artifactory Repository:

Artifacts repository is unreachable URL

Under user libraries:

Connection to repository failed with given username and password.

even though we are using the correct credentials. I logged into our servers and we are able to connect to the artifactory repository via ping/telnet/curl with no issues so it doesn't seem to be a firewall issue

Hello,

What's the full error message are you getting? Unexpected HTTP status '503'?

Could you please have a look at this KB article about:

https://community.talend.com/s/article/Unexpected-HTTP-status-503-in-TAC-and-Failed-to-deploy-artifa...

Feel free to let us know if it helps.

Best regards

Sabrina

https://artifactory.***.com/artifactory/api/system/ping.

Artifacts repository is unreachable URL https://artifactory.***.com.

nothing else. I saw that is nexus artifact repository, we are just using JFROG artifactory if that helps with anything

I have created a support case but there hasn't been much progress. I thought i would check in with the community to see if anyone else has faced this issue.
