Are you saying that your sources have changes since you compiled and uploaded your jobs to TAC? If so, there is no immediate need to replace these jobs. Java is backwards compatible and you are highly unlikely to see any problems doing this. Then you can continue to develop, test and then promote the new stuff to prod when you are ready.
Essentially your options for replacing all jobs on a new release are....
- You don't need to
- Do it manually for all...or when you have a required update
- Use a CI/CD solution (arguably the best way of working)
