-If you want to encrypt / decrypt when communicating, you can use the components "tDataEncrypt" and "tDataDecrypt" to encrypt the communication.

Hello,

Actually, components "tDataEncrypt" and "tDataDecrypt" are available in talend subscription solution not open source.

Here are related component references: TalendHelpCenter: tDataDecrypt

and TalendHelpCenter: tDataEncrypt

You can also write a routine to encrypt and decrypt stuff where you can use the standard java encryption mechanism.
