Make a job as a Windows service

Hello,

we have made a TOS 7.2 batch job in order to run it as a service.

We want to start it on Windows 2008 R2 server.

What is the best way to do it ?

I have seen (too) many informations on Internet 0683p000009MAiG.png

I don't know what to do.

I think also about update of this Talend program : if we modify it, I hope it will be 'simple' to modify or create again the service on the Windows server.

Ben

Hi benatt, you can use this little tweak called NSSM.

Hi
Are you going to schedule the job to run on a regular basis or you want to deploy a web service, if the latter, please use Talend Open Studio for ESB product, for more details, see

Hi Shong,

thank you for your answer.

I mean service as Windows service, not as web service.

Another question ... what is the difference between TOS for ESB and TOS (I have allways use TOS) ?

Regards,

Ben
