Problem with remote engine

Hi,

We are having an issue running our task in the Talend Management Console. The task says "waiting for an available engine" and keeps on "Pending" status during minutes and finally goes on error. If I run on Talend Studio the same job it works perfectly. Could you please help us?

Is your Remote Engine paired and available?

As per the document link shared(below is for eu region)

https://help.talend.com/r/en-US/Cloud/installation-guide-linux/region-aws-eu-data-center

TMC has the artifacts in the URL https://repo.eu.cloud.talend.com and it gets downloaded to Remote Engine when you try to deploy on the Remote Engine which is Paired and available.

Verify connection to https://repo.eu.cloud.talend.com from the Remote Engine server and it should say "connected".

If not, Please check with your security team and open the URL https://repo.eu.cloud.talend.com in the ip allow list and try the deployment.
