Is commandLine an obsolete feature or it is still required to implement continuous integration? I am on 7.1.1

Hello,

CommandLine is the equivalent of Talend Studio without GUI. It also helps executing Jobs in batch mode for example.

It offers the same basic functionalities as Talend Studio and it is used to generate and export the Jobs developed with Talend Studio onto the Job servers, or export Services, Routes and data service Jobs onto Runtime servers.

Talend CommandLine application is optional not obsolete in development environment. For more information please see this documentation about:TalendHelpCenter:Talend Development life cycle

Best regards

Sabrina
