tftp connection time out error using talend 6.2( Cloud instance)

I am using the Talend 6.2 Big data real time studio , we are working with remote directory SFTP with Winscp where able to push files manually. similar approach we trying through talend but while establish connection the connection is stable for few mins throws a connection time out error

I tried with both the mode as Active and Passive getting the above error.

Did you check the firewall, antivirus or something like that which can block your connection?

What's JDK version are you using?

Hi Sabrina.

Latest version of java 8_121 is associated with Talend. Since its a remote instance can you guide me any steps to verify the firewall/antivirus tool through the instance.
