Commit and rollback based on count of records processed

Hi Team,

I am new to Talend, Below is my requirement

1) open the connection

2) link the connection to a subjob

3) in subjob i have a source as excel and target as sql server

4) i want to commit the target for every 10 records processed from the excel. (note that i want to use same connection used in point 1)

5) if there is any error encountered i want to rollback the data

Please help me in this regard

Thanks

Raj

Define the "Commit every" value into the tMSSQLOutput settings.
Commited rows cannot be rollbacked (this is the rule because of ACID property of the SQL engine).

I have a small question, when i am using the option of "Use existing connection"

I am not getting option of  "Commit for every". Is there any other way we can handle this.

Thanks

Raj
