Hi Manowar,

when I enter to Snowflake in web version I use my alias: erjorgea. and my url is:

https://jn87085.eu-west-1.snowflakecomputing.com/

When I try to connect with talend, I use the firts leg part of the url until snowflakecomputing.com

UserId: jn87085.eu-west-1

pass: same password as used in snowflake version

schema: PUBLIC

database: SNOWFLAKE_SAMPLE_DATA

but it gives me the same error.

I read the document you mentioned, and put the user with the correct server

any idea?

Thanks Manowar,

now is connected correctly.

My problem was that in Account field I wrote another word, I have no idea that in this field is necessary to write the Snowflake account.

Is a beginner mistake.

Thanks soo much Manodwhb
