Excellent series on context variables by Richard Hall is missing images

After a month or 2 I revisited the series Richard Hall wrote on how to use implicit context load to use with logins. The text can be found here:

Unfortunately it seems the site is no longer working very well: All the images have gone missing and there is also an error message "Blog token not found."

Perhaps something to look into? The writeup is excellent it would be a shame if it became unusable

Hi @Ronald van Raaij​,

Sorry about this. We are in the process of making some significant changes to our web applications and it seems that something has been broken here. I shall be investigating since I put quite a bit of effort into writing those blogs 🙂

In the meantime, I have found an early version of this in a Word document. It may have been tweaked a little before it was published, but I think it is pretty much everything that I delivered. I've attached it in PDF format to this post. You will have to excuse the odd mistake/typo, but this should fill in the blanks created by the missing images.

Wow, nice! thanks ever so much! (We are beginning the process of moving all our jobs to the cloud and thus this is an excellent time to get rid of the old way of doing it this makes it a lot easier, thanks!)

Have a look at this and see what ideas it creates for you. Only you know your environment. But also pay attention to some of the new TMC functionality for sharing connection data (https://help.talend.com/r/6SB6Qfc014RWM4mEltupHA/HpqbcVw4XozXG4A_7ustnw). This is something I didn't cover in this series of blogs, but is certainly worth looking into.
