How to Extract Existing Data from KAFKA topic

Dear Experts,

I am new to Talend. Requesting you to let me know what are all the components we have to use for Extracting data from KAKFA using Talend.

I have used TKAFKAINPUT and TLOGROW. But whatever test data(with rowgen) I load to that kafka at the same time only I can read with TKAFKAINPUT and TLOGROW.

I need to extract the already available dataset in the KAFKA topic and load them to another kafka topic after applying some dataquality rules.

Kindly help me in building the sample pipeline or share some screenshots on how to proceed further.
