How to create the dynamic mapping for different schema tables

I have bunch of source tables with different structures in on server. I have to move the data to another database with just minor data cleansing like trimming spaces, datatype conversions. I know in Informatica we have Dynamic mapping where we can call with parameterized table structure. Do we have any similar solution in Talend?
