How to read multiple sheets in Excel for data input

I am following instruction on how to centralize file Excel metadata. My Excel file has two sheets and I select All Sheets. In Step 2 of the process, under Please select sheet structure as schema guide, the second sheet is in the list. However the result schema does not display all the structure of all the sheets selected like it should per the instructions. Any thoughts on this? Thank you.

You can select only one sheet structure as the schema, usually, the sheet structure should be the same if we want to read data from multiple sheets.
