How to run tomcat, cammandline, and jobserver as services?

The idea here is to set up our current batch files, that run each one of these, as 3 windows services.
We have been attempting the .SC approach and have created the services but they will not start. The error when trying to start them is just a generic windows error saying "Error 1053 : the service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion"
Any ideas?

How to install tomcat as service, see http://tomcat.apache.org/tomcat-6.0-doc/windows-service-howto.html or search help on google. About how to install commandline and jobseerver services, please refer to user doc TalendIntegrationSuite_IG_xxx_EN.pdf chapter 6 Installing service.
