Importing CSV containing RichText causing all sorts of formatting problems

I am using a web scraping utility that provides output in CSV, however when I try to import the data using tFileInputDelimited the RichText is causing issues.

Below shows some of the data in the CSV which contains (amongst other things) commas, line breaks, and quotations. Are there settings for the tFileInputDelimited component that will allow these fields to be interpreted correctly, or do I need to convert first to .xls and use the Excel component (which I know works)? Trying to avoid this manual step. I know I can clean the field once it has been successfully interpreted but its the initial load that I cant get to work.
