Restrict Incoming records by conditions in tmap Expression filter

I want to ignore those rows having "UNITED STATES" and pass through those are not "UNITED STATES"

When i tried using tmap with condition as below , i  still see values having UNITED STATES

please check source data. if you have any spaces for country name and trim before comparing.
