Talend Studio to Talend cloud Connectivity issue

Hello,

  We have a secured VPC set up in our premise.

We are using Talend cloud where we have configured projects with Bitbucket url.

Talend studio is installed on our local machine. 

We did the same settings in Talend Studio and .ini file as per the community post:

Here we have entered VPC host,port,personal ID and Password.

 

After opening the Talend studio, we are not able to establish Remote connection to cloud from VPC.

But outside VPC we are able to connect to Talend cloud from studio.

Cloud you Share a screenshot or the error message you are getting after opening the studio.?

There is no error after opening studio.

Error is while remote connecting Talend Studio to Talend Cloud.

I have already attached the error screenshot in my post.

Hi Rohit,

 

     We will have to check the firewall connectivity as a preliminary step to make sure that we do not have any issues from that area. But it may be difficult to do the debugging through screenshots. My recommendation will be to create a support case so that they can remotely see the details through a Webex screen sharing call and fix it then and there.
