We need a little more info here. How did you try and connect to successfactors? Which service type (REST/SOAP)? Can you provide screenshots of your services and error messages as well?
when connecting to successfactors by web service, I should logon first, and will retrieve a session ID. I should post an HTTP header with this session ID in further web service call, but I have no idea which component can make this. thanks, Jun
The tRestClient component will help here, but you will need to configure it. To set headers you need to go to the Advanced Settings tab. You will need to know the name and value of the required headers. In order to acquire your session id, it very much depends on the process. I have quickly Googled "Successfactors" to see if there are any details on the session Id, but there don't appear to be many public resources.
