Could anyone Please assist me. How to connect to an S3 bucket using a KMS key only. I don't have a key, a secure key, and any other.

We are supposing that you are talking about Amazon S3. The Access Key ID that uniquely identifies an AWS Account

Did you have any AWS account or AWS security credentials?

You are able to get your Access Key and Access Secret, see Access keys (access key ID and secret access key)
