issue with artifact when launching open studio in ubuntu

Hi, I am using talend open studio for data integration 7.3.1 on ubuntu 18.04.4 LTS, and I am using IBM JDK 1.8.

When I launch the open studio GUI (with xwindow enabled), it is prompting the below error:


My server is able to access the internet and able to ping the host: talend-update.talend.com

However, when I access the url from above error with a browser: https://talend-update.talend.com/nexus/content/groups/dynamicdistribution/
It is showing access denied.

I guess it is a Java issue, you are using IBM JDK which is not a supported Java environment.
