[resolved] Component designer empty

With talend TIS 5.1.1 i configure the component designer folder as the same as my custom component.
These components was succesfully loaded into the palette but with the Designer perpective nothing appear ?!

Make sure that the component designer folder be loaded into Talend by the flow: go to windows--preference-->Talend Component Designer and choose a project folder first.(see my screenshot).

Hi! I cannot see your screenshot. Can you please guide as I do not understand what is "choose a project folder first".

Mine is an old existing sub-job on TOS 5. I see the codes but the designer is empty and I have never changed the Talend Component Designer before. This is blocking me to extract my main job. I am now migration to TOS 7.

Please kindly guide.

On TOS 5 the designer is empty even if the code is present.

I disactivated the sub-job in error and extracted the main job which I imported on TOS 7 and there the same sub-job designer was not empty. So this solved my issue as I am migrating from TOS 5 to TOS7.
