Reload failed from time to time on QMC

Hello all,

I'm using to different type of architecture for running Qlikview :

1) 1 server with Server and Publisher with Web access

2) 2 servers in Cluster + 1 common storage and only 1 web access point.

In both case from time to time I have reload failed on applications

How can I set my QMC to avoid this type of error ? do you have some tips to give to me or some ideas ? maybe some tuning on the QVS or DS ?
