AWS EC2 Instance for talend

We have an on-premises installation of the Talend Real-time Big Data Platform with the following server configuration:

Talend JobServer 2 16 60
Talend Runtime 4 16 60
Talend Runtime 4 16 60
Talend ESB 2 4 35
Talend ESB 2 4 35
SAP RFC Server 2 4 35

Which EC2 instance types would be suitable for this setup?
Are there any recommended or standard instance types for this use case, or can we go with general-purpose instances?
