Access Talend Cloud using Data Fabric License

I understand that one should be able to access Talend Cloud with the Data Fabric License Logging to Talend Cloud

Can you please explain how?

Yes, I had checked this lonk but I dont have any password, just the license
file. How do I login to the cloud.
